INSPIRES
INcreasing Student Participation in REproductive Sciences
INSPIRES is day-long program during the Society for Reproductive Investigation Annual Meeting for local High School and Undergraduate students. Students will experience hands-on scientific activities, network with industry professionals and hear inspirational stories from those who have navigated successful careers in the field. Through engaging career discussions, students will gain insights into the diverse opportunities within reproductive sciences and how they can contribute to the growing field. The program’s primary goal is to inform, inspire, and empower the next generation of professionals, with an emphasis on building a more inclusive and diverse workforce in reproductive sciences. By offering early exposure to the field, we hope to ignite passion, foster mentorship, and lay the foundation for a future where innovation and equity go hand in hand.
Created in 2024 this program has evolved into a dynamic opportunity for students to engage in hands-on scientific activities, fostering curiosity and practical skills in reproductive sciences.
