SRI 2025 is proud to host you at the Charlotte Convention Center located at 501 S College St, Charlotte, NC 28202.

Accessible restrooms, family restrooms and lower height water fountains are available throughout the facility.

All passenger elevators at the Convention Center are accessible to attendees with disabilities.Elevators located on the Concourse Level provide access to meeting rooms and Exhibit Hall Level.

Please note: The Convention Center does not offer wheelchairs.


Delish Food Court

Located on the Charlotte Convention Center’s meeting room level, Delish Food Court features Einstein Bros. Bagels, Bojangles’ Famous Chicken ‘n Biscuits and Buon Cibo, a counter serving pizzas, salads and sandwiches. Starbucks is a flight of stairs away, on the building’s concourse level.

Bojangles'  7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.; Monday, Wednesday, and Friday*
Buon Cibo  11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.; Open per event basis
Einstein  7:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.; Tuesday and Thursday*
Starbucks  7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.; Monday - Friday

Mother's Room

There are two Mother’s Rooms located in the Convention Center: one located by the Richardson Ballroom Section B, and one located
across from room W211. Each room is e quipped with a chair, stool, and refrigerator. These rooms are private and can be locked.

Centrally located in the Queen City’s Uptown, the Charlotte Convention Center is easily accessible from Interstate 85, Interstate 77 and U.S. Highway 74. Plus, with the building’s two entrances, College Street and East Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, you can find convenient parking in a garage or lot close to or connected to the Convention Center.

Conveniently located in Uptown Charlotte just 7 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, the Charlotte Convention Center is the city’s premier meeting and convention space.

Fly Right In

Just 7 miles away, it only takes about 15 minutes to get from Charlotte Douglas International Airport to the Charlotte Convention Center, and there are multiple cost-effective ways to do so. For a one-way trip to or from Uptown, taxis cost a flat rate of $25 and a hybrid-electric Sprinter Bus Service costs $3.00. Ride-share services from Uber and Lyft are also available, with designated meeting locations at baggage claim.
