WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT REGISTRATION
- The 2024 Annual Meeting will take place at the Vancouver Convention Centre - East Building: 999 Canada Pl. Vancouver, BC V6C 0C3, Canada
- Registration to the main conference does not include admission to various ticketed events such as the Satellites, or various Career Development activities throughout the week.
- Breakfast, Snacks and Lunch are not included in registration unless otherwise stated.

BECOME AN SRI MEMBER BEFORE THE ANNUAL MEETING IN VANCOUVER

You will be able to register as a member the same day you submit your membership application, even before you are officially reviewed! Qualifications for Registering as In Training & Required Form
Definition: In Training registrants may not hold a faculty position and must be a full time postdoctoral fellow, resident, clinical fellow or student enrolled in a formal approved training program leading to a degree (BA, BS, MD, PhD, MS, MPH, DVM). If this status expires prior to or during the SRI annual meeting you do not qualify and cannot register as in training.
Required Documentation: You will need to complete and upload this form to the online registration system stating that you are in training. If SRI doesn't have your form in its files, you will be charged the non-member fee for registration.
Note: If you submitted a form while submitting your abstract, you do not need to submit the form again for registration.
Guest Registration
The guest registration fee includes the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, March 13. Guest registration does not allow access to any scientific sessions or the poster hall.
Guest passes are intended for spouses/partners and children only.
Cancellations & Refunds
Registration cancellation must be in writing to the SRI administrative office in Milwaukee, WI. Registration fees will be refunded, less a $50.00 administrative fee if the request is made prior to the Advanced Registration deadline of January 22, 2024. Registration Fees will be refunded at 50% of the total registration cost if the request is made between January 23, 2024 and the Online Registration deadline of February 20, 2024. No refunds will be made on registration cancellations after February 21, 2024.
Well-Being Protocols
All event attendees will be asked to participate in and abide by all safety protocols implemented on-site for the event. We will continue to closely monitor all conditions related to COVID-19 between now and the start of the event and reserve the right to modify health screening protocols in our sole discretion. We will inform you of any such changes and as a condition of participation you agree you will follow these protocols.
