Successful careers do not happen by chance. Career success reflects deliberate actions and a lifelong process of reflection and understanding and leveraging your strengths and challenges in order to move toward personal success and career fulfillment. The goal of today’s session is to dissect the hurdles that limit professional development and to identify the habits that engender personal and professional success.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Interpret the difference between a mentor, sponsor and coach
- Recognize the role of an IDP in designing a successful career
- Demonstrate how to build a network for professional and personal success
- Identify which habits engender career success
