Payment and Guarantee

Please note the booking website does not take payment, and your credit card will be held as a guarantee only.

Your credit card is held as a guarantee only. Payment should be made directly on arrival/departure at the hotel. The card will only be charged in the event of non-arrival or late cancellation, please check the terms and conditions for each property on the “Guest Information” page of the reservation process.

If you require a pro-forma invoice please reserve and guarantee your room by credit card then email accommodation@glasgowconventionbureau.com and the Glasgow Convention Bureau can arrange for an invoice or pre-payment link to be sent to you.
