Poster Dimensions & Format
The poster board area is 8 ft long by 4 ft high (243 cm long by 121 cm high); landscape orientation. Please note, the dimensions are the size of the full poster board. Please print your poster to fit within these dimensions.
Each poster board will include your 3-digit poster number (final abstract number sent in the notifications). The top of the printed poster should include the title, author(s), and institution(s). The lettering for this section should be at least one inch in height. Because your illustrations will be read from a distance of 3 to 5 feet, heavy lettering of at least 3/8" in height is recommended. Charts, drawings, and other illustrations might be similar to those you would otherwise use in preparing slides but should be more heavily drawn and appropriately shaded where possible. Large-sized type should be used for typewritten material. A typed copy of the abstract (using a large font) should be placed in the upper left-hand corner of the board. Hand-lettered material is acceptable, but heavy lettering and shaded block letters should be used wherever possible. Finally, the illustrative material should not be mounted on heavy board because it may be difficult to keep its position on the poster board.
A clear statement regarding the rationale and/or specific aims of the study should be stated and followed by an adequate description of the materials and methods. The results should be presented in several tables and/or graphs and should support the rationale for the study and the conclusions. It is very helpful to have a succinct conclusion.

Instructions for Poster Presenting
The designated presenting author will be listed on the Mobile App.
Please refer to the poster notification for your abstract (poster) number and the assigned poster session. The notification will be sent to the Primary/Presenting Author on the abstract by email as early as December 15, 2025 and no later than December 31, 2025. A poster board with the assigned 3-digit abstract number located at the top of the board will be provided.
In Training Investigators: One poster per In Training Investigators will be discussed with two senior investigators (Poster Judges/Discussants) during the allocated 2 hour session. Please note, In Training Investigators who are eligible are the Primary/Presenting Author on the abstract and they must have selected "SRI In Training Investigator Poster Awards (open to all In Training)" in the Awards eligibility section of the abstract submission process. The discussants will identify themselves as such. When the poster discussants arrive, it is expected that the presenting author briefly summarize their work (2-4 minutes). Subsequently, the senior investigators will discuss the work with you. They will also score your poster using a number of criteria including the originality, amount, quality and significance of the work as well as the clarity of the presentation and poster itself and your ability to discuss your work with them. Therefore, it is critical that the presenting author is at his/her poster during the 2 hour poster session. In Training Investigators not present at their poster will not be eligible for a poster award.
All other presenters: If you must be absent from your poster for any length of time, please leave a note letting poster viewers know when you will return.
The Society will check the attendance of the presenting author.
Mounting and Dismantling Posters
Each poster participant will be responsible for putting up and taking down his/her poster during the allotted time. The Society for Reproductive Investigation, the Vancouver Convention Center, and Levy Show Services will not be responsible for posters left in the poster hall after the dismantle time of your poster session.
All posters must be removed within 30 minutes of poster session end time or will be disposed of immediately.
